NOTICE OF INTENT TO SEEK LEGISLATION TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; Pursuant to section 10, Article III, of the Florida Constitution and section 11.02, Florida Statutes, please be advised that notice is hereby given of intent to seek legislation before the 2023 Florida Legislature and any special or extended legislative sessions, amending Chapter 2004-461, Laws of Florida, relating to the Ave Maria Stewardship Community District in Collier County. https://notices.collierclerk.com, is the “publicly accessible” website for Collier County pursuant to Sect. 50.0311 and Sect. 50.011, Florida Statutes.
On January 9, 1996 the Collier County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 96-14 designating the Clerk of the Circuit Court to process and handle all legal advertising required by County ordinances or resolutions, Florida Statutes, and other rules and regulations, as directed or scheduled to be heard by the Board of County Commissioners.
Florida Statutes, Chapter 50 was amended effective January 1, 2023 to authorize the Board of County Commissioners to designate a website as the “publicly accessible” website upon which all notices and advertisements required by Florida Statutes could be posted. On January 10, 2023, the Collier County Board of County Commissioners designated this website of the Clerk of the Circuit Court as the “Publicly accessible” website for Collier County.
