What is the Board of County Commissioners (BCC)?

The Collier County Board of County Commissioners is comprised of five members elected in the five different districts of the county. What is the Value Adjustment Board (VAB)?

A board consisting of elected officials that hears various types of petitions of appeals including: Exemption/Classifications, Tangible Personal Property, Residential Property Tax Appeals and Commercial Property Tax Appeals.

The Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller serves as the Clerk to the Value Adjustment Board (VAB).
